Welcome to Only Divine PLR/MRR. By accessing or using our Private Label Rights and Master Label Rights Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access our Private Label Rights or Master Label Rights Products. 

Only Divine PLR/MRR: Refers to our company, Only Divine PLR/MRR the provider of Private Label Rights and Master Resell Rights products. 

Private Label Rights: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and resell as your own. WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL RIGHTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. 

Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own. WITH THE AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL RIGHTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. 

You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Only Divine PLR/MRR.

Upon acquiring Private Label Rights and Master Label Rights from Only Divine PLR/MRR, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell these products to your customers. You may modify, rebrand, and sell the products as you see fit within the terms of this agreement. 

Only Divine PLR/MRR bears no responsibility for the financial outcomes, whether gains or losses, resulting from the resale of our Private Label Rights and Master Label Rights Products. We do not guarantee specific income, revenue or success.  

While Only Divine PLR/MRR strives for excellence, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the product before selling them. 

Only Divine PLR/MRR holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our Private Label Rights and Master Resell Rights products by you or your customers. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise. 

Only Divine PLR/MRR reserves the right to terminate your license to resell our Private Label Rights and Master Label Rights products if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products. 

Only Divine PLR/MRR may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
